I immigrated to the United States at the age of six. I was born in the State of Mexico, Mexico. When my parents decided to leave their lives and families in Mexico, we settled in Chester County, Pennsylvania. My immediate and extended family have experienced the immigration process to gain their residency. My parents sacrificed so much to bring my siblings and me to the US in search of a better life and promising opportunities. My father has worked in the mushroom industry since he was 18 years old. Their sacrifices have been my motivation to take full advantage of the opportunities they dreamed for us. I decided to become an attorney while working as a legal assistant soon after college. I have made it my mission and life goal to guide as many individuals and families through the complex immigration system to achieve some protection or status in the United States.

Lucy Ayllon-Ramirez
Legal Billing Coordinator
I was born in San Antonio Pachuquilla, México. My family and I immigrated to Chester County when I was 8 years old. I am a 2002 graduate of Kennett High School and a Chestnut Hill College graduate with a Bachelor of Science in International Business. I am fluent in Spanish and English.
I started working at the Ayllon-Ramirez Law Firm (ARLF) in November of 2023 as the Legal Billing Coordinator. Prior to joining the firm, I worked in the insurance industry and subsequently in the mortgage lending industry.
What I love most about working at the ARLF is the joy it brings me to know that we are helping families change their lives and being able to help keep and bring families together.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
Aylinee Villagomez
Office Administrator
I began to work at the Ayllon-Ramirez Law Firm in October of 2022.
I am a first-generation American who was raised by Mexican immigrants in Pennsylvania. As a first-generation student, I went to Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where I majored in International Business and Human Resources.
As part of my job, I answer all client phone calls and coordinate meetings for the attorney while handling day-to-day operations of our office. In addition to my administrative duties, I assist on our immigration and family law cases.
My favorite part of this job is learning from others and working as a team to help all our immigrant families who trust our work and the firm.
During my free time, I enjoy hiking, spending time with my dogs, and traveling.
Isabel Saavedra
Legal Assistant
I have been working for Ayllon-Ramirez Law Firm (ARLF) since August 2022.
I went to high school in Delaware, where I graduated only three years after arriving to the United States in 2000. I was admitted to the University of Delaware, but I had to withdraw for personal reasons. Recently, I started studying Psychological and Physical Health Awareness, which has helped in my professional development.
Before working at ARLF, I worked at a Taco Bell, as a crew member and later as a Shift Manager. After, I worked at a technology products warehouse, first as a picker, then as a CPU (Customer Pick Up) associate, and finally as an IC (Inventory Control) Associate.
My job at ARLF has been the best job I could ever have imagined. Working with ARLF has given me the opportunity to be part of the support given to our clients. I assist in getting everything ready to file with the corresponding government agencies for each case. I prepare and complete forms and gather supporting evidence for each case. I oversee requesting records to better evaluate the cases. What I enjoy the most is learning about each case and the impact we have on our clients’ lives.
My father benefited from an amnesty back in the 80’s later petitioned for the entire family to obtain our green cards in 2000, and soon after we emigrated to the United States. I completed my own citizenship process and assisted my husband in obtaining his permanent residency.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three daughters. We like to travel locally and explore new places.
